My journey into acting has been rooted in a mixture of academic excellence, self-discipline, and a deep personal drive to explore and refine the craft of performance. I began my training in secondary school, where my academic focus on drama earned me an A* at GCSE level. I carried this passion forward into sixth form, where I again achieved an A* in A-Level Drama. While these academic qualifications form a significant foundation in my understanding of performance, the essence of my training has largely come from a self-motivated and immersive approach to acting — supplemented by practical experience, intensive workshops, and extracurricular programs run by several external theatre companies.

From early on, I was fascinated by the power of storytelling and the emotional depth that acting could bring to an audience. Although school-based training offered a strong theoretical and practical base, I’ve always felt compelled to go further — to learn not just within the classroom, but beyond it. While my peers were studying purely for exams, I was seeking out scripts to break down, watching performances with an analytical eye, and experimenting with monologues in my own time. In many ways, this made me a self-taught actor; not in the absence of structure, but in the presence of unrelenting self-discipline.
