Kris Gummerus is a highly talented and versatile Finnish actor and writer. With a strong academic foundation in the dramatic arts, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, and a Master of Arts from the Helsinki Theatre Academy.

Gummerus is best known for his lead role as Finland’s first superhero in the feature film Rendel: Dark Vengeance. His recent work includes standout performances in Rendel, Helsinki Syndrome, Evilside, Welcome to Texas, and the animated film Moomins on the Riviera. He has also appeared in international productions such as Dual and Operation Hadal.

In addition to his screen presence, Gummerus is highly skilled in languages and dialects. He is fluent in RP English, General American, and excels in English spoken with Nordic, Eastern European, and Russian accents, making him a strong fit for a wide range of international roles.
