Alex has garnered significant response from the international press even making it to the [Postcards from Greece] review alongside none other than Lanthimos for the film's worldwide premier at the Thessaloniki film festival in late 2024.
When I moved to Athens in 2020 all I wanted was to be part of the new wave of Greek cinema, to connect to my roots, and to be part of the exciting wave of new culture coming from a country that has endured so much in the last decades. It's fresh perspectives from young creators that has the power to set a future course we can all enjoy.
