Kevin Lissajoux débute sa carrière à la télévision en 2022 dans un petit rôle dans la série l'Amour (Presque) Parfait diffusée sur France 2 puis Netflix. Aux côtés de Tom Leeb, il y incarne un rugbyman de son équipe sur plusieurs épisodes de la saison.

En 2024, il donne la réplique à Didier Bourdon dans la saison 2 de la série TF1 Le Daron.

En 2025, il obtient son premier rôle au cinéma dans le film l'Âge d'Or réalisé par Bérenger Thouin et sélectionné à Cannes en 2026. Il interprète Joseph, le père du personnage principal Jeanne (Souheila Yacoub).
