Having learned about theater from a young age, Zuriel was 18 years old when he joined the Parisian troop '' La Chrysalide '' with Claire Prévost and Christophe Aymé, with whom he works on improvisation and classic and modern theater.Then he attended Dramatic Art class of Jean Périmony in Paris. He began his professional acting career in several television films, series, and advertisements: " Les Sarments de la Révolte", television film for France Télévision, "Boulevard du palais ", a highly-rated cop show with Jean-François Balmer, and then in the Canal Plus’s crime series "Reporters". In 2002 he made his first appearance in cinema by playing in Anouk Aymée's sides (Jacques Demy's ‘’Lola’’, Federico Fellini's ‘’La Dolce Vita’’) in " La Petite prairie aux Bouleaux ", a Marceline Loridan-Ivens feature film.

In 2008, de Peslouan played the lead role in " Mama Lova ", a Thomas Szczepanski film, beside Jean-Claude Dreyfus ( Jean- Pierre Jeunet‘s ‘’Delicatessen ‘’ and ‘’A Very Long Engagement’’.)

In 2010, his acting career took an international turn when he picked up a role in Ridley Scott’s "Robin Hood", giving the line to Russell Crowe, beside Cate Blanchett, Mark Strong, Max Von Sydow...

In Japan, he played in Mikako Ito's docu- drama about Picasso '' The Blue Period '' for the NHK national channel.

We will see him in once again in 2018 on screen in ''Beautiful Minds'', alongside Jean-Pierre Darroussin, a major French actor and Camelia Jordana, Most Promising Actress at the Cesars 2018 (French Oscars). In addition he starred in ''Silent Reading",a Nicolas Christian film, beside Marie Gillain (‘’Coco avant Chanel‘’,’’My Father the Hero’’) and Pierre Rochefort, Most Promising Actor at the Cesars 2015 (''Marie and the Misfits'',''Our Futures'). Zuriel also recently played on the TV series 'Victor Hugo: Enemy of the State", ''La Garconne'' and ''Cassandre'', for France Télévision networks.
