Thomas Biehl is a Danish actor, theatre producer, and storyteller based in Aarhus, Denmark. With a career spanning film, television, and theatre, he has established himself as a versatile performer known for his naturalistic acting style and ability to portray complex, authentic characters.

Biehl has appeared in a number of acclaimed Danish feature films, including Sorg og Glæde, Hvidsten Gruppen, Ser du månen, Daniel, Cheminova, Ingen Skal Sove, and Julemandens Datter 2. 

Alongside his film career, Biehl has built an extensive television résumé. His credits include Thin Ice, the internationally distributed thriller, as well as Hvide Sande, Rita, Norskov, Anna Pihl, Blekingegade, 2900 Happiness, and the Swedish crime series Kommissær Winter. He has also appeared in historical and documentary productions including Margrethe, Frederik IX, Historien om Grønland og Danmark, Min Fars Krig, Taming the Quantum World, and The Viking – Downfall of a Drug Lord.

Throughout his career, Biehl has worked across genres ranging from historical drama and crime to family entertainment and documentary storytelling. His performances are characterised by emotional honesty, strong screen presence, and a commitment to believable character work.

Beyond acting, he is co-founder and producer of Theatre Tabu, a Danish theatre company creating original productions focused on contemporary social issues. Through both screen and stage, Biehl is dedicated to storytelling that engages audiences, sparks reflection, and explores the complexities of the human experience.

Today, Thomas Biehl continues to develop new projects while working across film, television, and theatre, contributing to some of Denmark’s most respected productions and creative collaborations.
