Tamara Ristoska, born in 1993 in Skopje, North Macedonia is a film and theatre actress and a podcaster. She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje in 2017 and has taken various roles in feature and short films. Her portfolio includes leading and supporting roles in TV series, short films, and feature films. Some of her most notable leading roles include “New Energy” (2024, post-production), directed by European Shooting Star Sara Klimoska; “Tina’s Problem” (2021), directed by Radovan Petrovic, which won the award for best film at the HollyShorts Film Festival; “Mimi” (2020) directed by Darijan Pejovski, screened at the 69th edition of the renowned Pula Film Festival in Croatia, as part of the competitive International Program; “The Family Markovski” TV Series (2017-2019), directed by Darijan Pejovski, of which the 2nd season premiered at the Sarajevo film festival; and “An Attempt for a Happy Story” (2018) directed by Lavinija Sofronievska, which won the special jury award at the Beirut International Women Film Festival.
 She also participated in numerous festivals such as the Talent Campus program at the Sarajevo Film Festival (2021); the feminist festival “First and Female”, at which she worked on teaching children about acting techniques (2016); “KRAFFT” film festival, as part of the ReActing as a star program; The Drimshort Film festival, as a jury member of the student program. She is a member of Slavic Artist Management, a talent agency representing performing artists from the Former Yugoslavia and the Balkan region.
In addition to her film experience, she has acted in six theater productions at the Macedonian National Theater, The Drama Theater in Skopje, and other alternative and non-institutional productions. Aside from her acting experience, she has an ongoing role as the host of the Europe House podcast, discussing various topics related to the performing arts and art in general with noted Macedonian artists.
