Santi was born in Quito Ecuador at the age of eighteen he left his city to follow a decisive intuition: dedicate his life to telling stories. He settled in Madrid, where he discovered that acting is not pretending, but revealing the truth.
Formed between technique and emotion, he studied with Víctor Antolí, who taught him the importance of honesty in the profession. He continued his preparation at Clara Méndez-Leite's School for the Art of the Actor, where body and word were integrated to shape his scenic truth. He has also learned from teachers such as Pablo Silber, Juanma López and Asier Aldea Esnola, who have influenced his artistic look. Your physical preparation is essential in your work. Practice mixed martial arts and athletics, disciplines that strengthen your connection with strength, endurance and movement control, in addition to cultivating listening and calm. He firmly believes that the body keeps emotions that the actor must learn to release.
He speaks Spanish and has an advanced level of certified English, which allows him to work in international productions and constantly expand his creative horizons. He plays ukulele and guitar, tools he uses to explore rhythm, voice and sound sensitivity in interpretation.
Santi has been the protagonist of the first season of Physics or Chemistry: The New Generation, and soon he will begin filming the second, resuming his role as Jeremy.
