I am an actress, writer, and director. Acting has been the common thread throughout my life — the way I have chosen to observe the world, tell its stories, and continue to be inspired by it. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with acclaimed directors such as Mario Monicelli, Maurizio Nichetti, Marco Risi, Leonardo Pieraccioni, and Edoardo Leo, moving between film, television, and theatre. Over the years, I have embraced a wide range of roles, always striving to bring authenticity and depth to my characters, rather than being defined by labels or categories. Most recently, I portrayed Margaret Stoker in the Netflix film The Tearsmith.

Alongside acting, writing has always been an essential part of my creative journey. I am the author of several books, and in recent years I have expanded my work into directing and producing projects driven by the desire to tell stories that leave a lasting impact.
My experience with cancer profoundly transformed both my personal and artistic perspective. It taught me that vulnerability is not the opposite of strength, but often its most authentic expression. From this awareness came documentaries, live events, performances, and cultural projects dedicated to inclusion, resilience, and human connection. Among them is BE KIND, a documentary I created with my son Nino, a neurodivergent artist. The project continues to be screened at film festivals and presented within companies and cultural institutions, creating opportunities for dialogue around the value of diversity and inclusion. I continue to seek stories that move people, spark reflection, and stay with audiences long after the credits roll.
