I’m Richard Dormann, a sociology graduate, a concept developer, a wedding (and funeral) celebrant, a film enthusiast, an occasional tech nerd, a Shaolin Kung Fu student (watch out!), totally funny (according to my friends), but above all: an actor.

During my studies, something sparked. What began as a fascination with the stage soon caught fire. And from that moment on, it was only a matter of time before I turned acting into my profession through my acting training in Munich, my state-recogniced acting qualification in Vienna, a variety of stage engagements (e.g., at Heppel & Ettlich or HP8). Now, I wouldn’t want to do anything else.

I want to bring stories to life that entertain people, move them, and leave a lasting impression. At the same time, I lose myself in the process. It’s a "take-and-take", then. Some would be content with seven cat lives; I want to live a thousand lives on stage and in front of the camera.
