Remo Vinzens is a Swiss-born actor working across film, television and theatre, based between Zurich and Los Angeles.

He trained in Cologne and Zurich, developing his own approach to performance. His early work includes Brecht’s Señora Carrar’s Rifles, alongside appearances in commercials and short films.

He worked with Oscar-nominated actor Klaus Maria Brandauer and became a member of his ensemble, further shaping his focus on precise, camera-driven performance.

Vinzens performed in Eugene O’Neill’s Long Day’s Journey Into Night. His portrayal of Edmund Tyrone drew the attention of Steven Spielberg following a recorded performance. He further expanded his range through comedy and musical work, including Three Gentlemen.

He joined Talent Management Star Class and founded Star Class Theatre Productions. He is a member of the Swiss Stage Artists Association (affiliated with FIA). His work includes the independent feature film Pentagramm and the audio drama Integration.

Vinzens co-produced and starred in Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman. His performance as Happy Loman attracted attention within the Hollywood film industry.

He entered discussions for Angels & Demons (directed by Ron Howard), and Clint Eastwood expressed interest in him for Invictus. In 2012, he founded the Swiss Acting Institute.

Further work includes The Glass Menagerie, A Christmas Carol and the film Free Trip to Egypt (New York premiere). Recent work includes The Government Inspector, Julius Caesar and Frank and Sam. He is attached to the film The Curse of the Silver Chain in a leading role.

Remo Vinzens works in both German and English and is active internationally.
