Raised in my family’s clock shop and the grandson of an Orthodox priest, I grew up around structure, ritual, and quiet observation. Precision, patience, and restraint shaped me long before I understood their power in performance.

I spent over two decades as an armed police officer, working within authority and moral decision-making under pressure. The sudden loss of my father deepened my understanding of responsibility, grief, and care, particularly within family dynamics.

I came to performance through stand-up comedy and improv, where timing and listening are essential, before committing fully to acting as a space where restraint and intensity coexist. Winning the World Monologue Games affirmed my grounded, detail-driven approach rooted in lived experience.

I bring discipline, emotional weight, and stillness to my work, and stay grounded through physical training, gardening, cooking, gaming, and singing in a choir.
