Oliver Akwe, born in Hamburg, discovered his passion for acting 20 years ago. His career began in 2004 with a leading role in the FILMAKADEMIE BADEN-WÜRTEMBERG project WHITE ANTISEN. This was followed by the feature film AGU KAPA (SONY PICTURES) and PEPPERMINTA - a film by the internationally known artist PIPILOTTI RIST. After Oliver's appearance in the PERMISSION project in 2016, he starred in various theater productions including GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS and HURLY BURLY. In 2023 he celebrated his UK TV debut in the 4th season of the successful British television series GRACE, in which he took on a supporting role.
