Nurbo Bozan is an actor based in Stockholm, Sweden. He studied at the New York Film Academy and has worked professionally both in the USA, alongside actors such as Eric Roberts, and in Sweden with huge names. He is known for his role in the popular TV series Taelgia on SVT and Viaplay. Nurbo also won Best Actor at the Berlin Indie Film Festival for his role as Markus in the short film With You, a project he also produced, which went on to be nominated at the Cannes World Film Festival. In addition, he has performed extensively in theater productions in several languages and is currently appearing in feature films and Netflix productions.

Nurbo speaks five languages fluently — Swedish, English, Aramaic, French, and sign language — and has additional skills in Arabic, Spanish, Farsi, and German.

Before acting, Nurbo had a successful boxing career, winning titles as Swedish Champion and Scandinavian Boxing Champion. He was a member of the Swedish National Team and trained for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, competing internationally in countries such as Italy, Turkey, England, and Cuba. His boxing career came to an end when he joined the Swedish army, where he qualified for ranger training in arctic conditions.

After military service, Nurbo discovered acting and developed into a versatile physical performer. He is trained in martial arts and stunt work with Simone Belli’s stunt team in Milan and received further training during his career in horse riding, fencing, and dance. He even took on the role of a Prince in The Sleeping Beauty ballet, transforming from an unexperienced ballet dancer to performing on stage.
