Mike is known for and is the face of Kwantum in various commercials/media statements. He also played in GTST (9 episodes), Zee van Tijd (2022), Soof 3 (2022), Spangas (20 episodes) and many other productions and commercials. 
Mike has been regularly appearing in various television series and films as well as leading roles in various commercials for more than 40 years. In 2024 he has a role in the series SLEEPERS on Videoland.

Mike is also musician:
Mike Meijer was once called a pop veteran without a ribbon' in the Nieuwe Revue. It is not entirely clear whether that was meant positively, but it is somewhat true: Mike played drums in bands such as the Scene, de Gigantjes, Jump Dickie Jump, Gruppo Sportivo and with musical theater group Orkater. In addition, as a singer/composer/lyricist/multi-instrumentalist, he has released a whole series of CDs that you can listen to on Spotify. Mike also wrote a book about drumming, drums and drummers that Boem! Is called. In January 2020 he published his collection of poems and stories HET PODUIMBEEST. He performs as drummer/singer of the blues band RUSTY APOLLO.
