My name is Miguel Álvarez, and I am a Spanish actor based in Madrid. My most recent work, this year 2025, yet to be released, are 50cent´s "Fightland" for Starz, the second season of the German series ‘Oderbruch’ for ARD1, awarded Best Fiction Series at the 2024 South International Series Festival and premieres on February next year and finally, the eighth and final season of Outlander, which I filmed in 2024, is set to premiere in March. In it, I play the evil Spanish pirate Sebastián Vasquez.

I am also awaiting the release of La Encrucijada, a series produced by Secuoya Studios and Ay Yapim, in which I play Captain Canseco. 

In the last few years I have participated in national and international television productions such as "The Wheel of time" by Sony Pictures Tv for Amazon Prime Video, "The English" by All3media, directed by Hugo Blick and starring Emily Blunt, "Warrior Nun" by Simon Barry for Netflix, "The Gypsy Bride" directed by Paco Cabezas and its second season "The Purple net", both for Atresplayer Premium. I have also shot for Michael Caleo in his Paramount+ "Sexy beast".

My last works broadcast in Spain were in "4 estrellas" for RTVE, Spanish public television channel, and in "Mía es la venganza" for Mediaset.
I ride horses at professional level, where I have come to compete nationally in show jumping, I also practice skiing, skating, swimming, diving (OWD) and singing (light baritone).
