Master's degree in Performing Arts, specializing in acting and artistic direction, from ESMAE. At the same institution, she completed her postgraduate studies in contemporary dance and her bachelor's degree in Theatre, specializing in acting. Attended the Theatre course at Falmouth University as part of the ERASMUS program. She participated in the first edition of the NÓS project – Scenic Territory of Portugal and Galicia in the show “Bilingue”, directed by Pedro Zegre Penim and written by José Maria Vieira Mendes.
Highlights include the shows “The Name of the Rose”, directed by Pedro Zegre Penim (2016), “A Seagull”, created by Estrutura and Pedro Zegre Penim (2017), “Absolute Majority”, directed by Gonçalo Amorim (2018), “Dolls”, directed by Ana Luena (2019), “Language”, created by Estrutura (2019), “Could be Worse” by Cão Solteiro (2020), “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, directed by Jorge Andrade (2022), “Mourning Life”, by Hugo Tourita (2022), “Righteous Among the Nations” by Eduardo Molina (2023), Dangerous Liaisons (2026), among others.
In 2018, she founded the collective group RETORNO, with whom she developed “Uma Frida” (2019, TNDMII), “Nina, Nina” (2018, Rua das Gaivotas 6) and “A Nossa Primavera” (2018, Rua das Gaivotas 6).
She directed her first creation, “My Body is a Cage,” which was staged at CAL – Centro de Artes de Lisboa, in July 2022.
She was one of 16 European actors selected for the international project École des Maîtres 2023 (Portugal, France, Belgium and Italy), participating in the edition directed by Marcial di Fonzo Bo.
She is a clinical psychologist, a degree awarded by the University of Lisbon in 2025.
Since 2021, she has been an artist-in-residence (National Arts Plan) at the D. Carlos I School Group in Sintra.
