British-Chinese stage and screen actor, voice artist (English/Cantonese), physical performer, collaborative deviser, aerialist, and puppeteer, with experience across theatre, screen, commercials, role play, and devised performance. My work combines character, movement, visual storytelling, and embodied performance, informed by physical theatre, comedy, puppetry, and ensemble creation.

Training includes Lecoq pedagogy at École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq (France), focusing on physical improvisation, rhythm, play, and devising through movement; and Étienne Decroux’s rigorous physical technique at École Internationale de Mime Corporel Dramatique (France). I have also undertaken RADA’s audition-based Advanced Acting Technique Intensive and hold an MA in Applied Linguistics from Goldsmiths, University of London, which has strengthened my understanding of communication, text, and character interpretation.

Alongside collaborative performance work, I create and perform original material, including the solo comedy The Forgotten Gift (Cambridge Junction), praised for its generosity and commitment: “We were blown away by your performance.” My wider practice spans physical theatre, puppetry, aerial performance, facilitation, and movement-based storytelling.

Fluent in English and Cantonese (conversational Mandarin; BSL Level 2), with over 20 years’ experience in voice work and a home recording studio for short-notice delivery. Contralto (C3–D5). Certified in unarmed combat and advanced falls. Active cyclist, swimmer, aerialist, gymnast, and boulderer. UK driving licence, British and Hong Kong passports, enhanced DBS, and available for work nationally and internationally.
