Luka Kluskens (Maastricht, 1998) graduated as an actress from the Maastricht Institute of Performative Arts in 2021. Since then, she has been working as an actress, screenwriter, and director, both nationally and internationally. As an actress, Luka has appeared in films such as Mother Tongue (Floris Ramaekers), Toutes Directions (Noël Loozen), Paradijs (Spinvis), The Things We Do (Nick Cremers), By Design (Abel van Dijk) and in various theater productions both in the Netherlands and abroad, including BV Vastgoed (Michel Sluysmans, Toneelgroep Maastricht), Schöne Bescherungen (Alize Zandwijk, Theater Bremen, Germany) and Neverland (Antu Romero Nuñes, Thalia Theater, Hamburg, Germany).

As a filmmaker, Luka wrote and directed two short films, The Great Appeal of the Cherry Blossom and Blind Trust. She is writing her third short film together with IJswater Films and is also developing a feature film with director Floris Ramaekers in collaboration with Pupkin Film.
