Lena Conrad (she/her) has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Neue Bühne Senftenberg since the 2019/20 season. She studied acting at the Zurich University of the Arts and successfully completed her master's degree in 2019. 

 At the same time, she worked as a coach at the Lucerne Theater, where she trained the acting ensemble in voice and speech. During her studies, she appeared on stage as Karoline in Kasimir und Karoline (directed by Christoph Frick) at the Theater der Künste Zurich. In 2021, Schorsch Kamerun engaged her for his play Nocturne at the Staatstheater Stuttgart. 

 She is particularly interested in international cooperation. She completed an internship in strategic communication at the headquarters of the German Foreign Office in Berlin and participated in international programs during her acting studies, including at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in New York and at the Viljandi Art College in Estonia. 

 In addition to her stage work, she has been working as a voice-over artist since 2014, including for Arte, ARD, and Deutschlandradio, as well as a dubbing artist. She has received awards for her work as an audiobook narrator, including the German Record Prize.
