Born in Cannes, Léa Dumont joined the Alexandre III Conservatory in 2015 under the direction of Alain Terrat. She moved to Paris in 2018 to pursue drama training, first at Les Enfants Terribles with Jean-Baptiste Fetussi, then in 2020 at Le Lucernaire with Philippe Person and Philippe Calvario.

In 2022, she performed there in 96 performances of Le Malade imaginaire, playing the role of Angélique with the collective “Mot à maux.” After joining the CRR (Regional Conservatory of Versailles) in 2023, she obtained her DET (Diploma in Theatre Studies). Under the direction of Malik Faraoun, she played Sophie in Par les villages by Peter Handke at the Théâtre Montansier, and Natacha in Les Trois soeurs by Tchekhov in June 2025.

In 2026, she directed Wild Beyrouth, a play written by Guillaume Gostine Matta. She won the Trait d’Union Festival and performed at Théâtre El Duende and then at Lavoir Moderne. Léa is currently preparing a one-woman show based on  La nuit juste avant les forêts by Bernard-Marie Koltès, directed by Sébastien Truchet. It will be performed at Studio Hébertot in Paris, June 2026 and at Théâtre Pixel in Avignon as part of the Avignon OFF Festival in July 2026.

She has also taken part in several workshops: an AFDAS workshop on immersive theatre led by A2R Company in 2023; a TCIC workshop at École du Jeu led by Melody Walters; and the ERACM workshop in June 2023 with Delphine Salkin and Aurélie Leroux.
