Laia Gotsens is a xatalan actress born in Esparreguera, where she began her career. Trained in acting at the Nancy Tuñón and Jordi Oliver Studio (Barcelona), she also holds a degree in Pedagogy, which led her to work in the field of theater education. She combines her acting career with artistic performance and teaching.

Her work experience includes her work in theater: the monologue "Persèfone" by Iannis Ritsos, directed by Gerard Bidegain, took her to numerous theaters in Catalonia for over three years. "Obra Vista" by Jordi Prat i Coll, directed by Aixa Guerra, is her most recent work, presented in January 2026. She is currently rehearsing a new original piece.

In addition to her acting projects, Laia has also worked as an assistant director, such as on Iannis Ritsos's "Agamèmnon", directed by Gerard Bidegain, and at her own theater school, the Nancy Tuñón and Jordi Oliver Studio (Barcelona).

She continues her training and is seeking opportunities in the audiovisual world, developing skills such as music (singing and guitar).
