Ken Appledorn is an American-Spanish actor and television host known for his work across European and international productions in both English and Spanish. Born in Detroit, he built his career in Spain, where he has established himself in cross-cultural roles and international co-productions.

He received the Biznaga de Plata for Best Actor at the Málaga Film Festival and has appeared in projects directed by Woody Allen (Rifkin’s Festival), Paco León (Arde Madrid), and Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia (The Platform 2). He recently completed filming Becoming Capa, directed by Charlotte Colbert.

Alongside his acting work, Appledorn is the host of the RTVE documentary series Cervantes en el mundo, an international production filmed across multiple countries. He is also a series regular in El Centro and played a lead role in the cult series Malviviendo. Appledorn holds dual U.S. and Spanish citizenship and performs natively in both English and Castilian Spanish.
