Karlijn Sileghem (born 12 May 1965 in Ghent) is a seasoned Belgian actress with a rich career across film, television and theatre. She graduated from Studio Herman Teirlinck in 1987.

She is known for memorable television roles in major Flemish series such as Katarakt, Sedes & Belli, De Kavijaks, Tom & Harry and 13 Geboden. On the big screen she has appeared in films such as Home (2016), Mixed Kebab (2012) and Suspect (2007). She also has a strong theatre background and has worked with companies like Blauwe Maandag Compagnie, Het Toneelhuis and KVS.
