My name is Karel Käos. I am an actor, model, but first and foremost a human being. I was born in a little village in Southern Estonia, called Navi. I am a graduate of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre’s BA Acting course.

I found my way to acting after dedicating myself to two different pathways previously - athletics and modelling. At the age of 15 I went to Audentes Sports Gymnasium in Tallinn, with the goal of becoming an Olympic high jumper. From training as a professional athlete I developed a strong skill of self-discipline and an opportunity to represent Estonia in international competitions. After that I went on an adventure to see the world, the people in it and to discover my independence. I was able to do that through an opportunity that was provided by the modelling world. All of that has given me unforgettable experiences with different cultures, having lived with people from around the world. I've worked with many renowned brands, including Dolce&Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Samsung, FILA and New Balance.   

I'm influenced by music that is around and inside us. I sing, play guitar and I DJ to make people dance self-indulgently and to enjoy the magical harmony and melting together of different rhythms while forgetting everyday worries. In acting, one of the aspects that intrigues me is listening and trying to understand the music in a person or a character.  

Although I no longer train to professional sports standards, I still keep a very active lifestyle and practice as well as watch lots of different sports because mens sana in corpore sano and the adrenaline in competitive sports does heat the air even in cold winter evenings.

I like to work on projects that give new perspectives to our life experiences and make us think about the things that are really important in this world, creating an atmosphere of goodness, love, joy and hope.
