My parents (French father, American mother) were both actors. I was born in France but spent my teenage years in the US, where I trained (in Boston) and started acting: Brecht, Dylan Thomas, Shakespeare's Juliet, the title role in The Little Prince. I ended up going back to France, started writing and translating professionally, came back to the stage in 2008, started the Mirabile Tortu theater company in 2011, wrote and directed plays. After Covid, I got more work in films than the stage (Les Algues vertes, the 37 Seconde TV series). And I did a lot of writing: novels, short screenplays as well as two features: Thou Shalt Honor in 2018, Bowels Of Compassion in 2021. I studied screenwriting a bit after the fact, at a CEFPF session in Paris in 2022. A book of short stories Scenarios! came out during the summer of 2025, published by Black-Out.
