Judy Lijdsman (Nijmegen, The Netherlands, 1981) studied dance and theater at ArtEZ (Arnhem), Codarts (Rotterdam), and Theaterschool De Trap (Amsterdam). In addition, she attended workshops  both in the Netherlands and abroad. Judy danced with the dance company De Stilte for six years and has been working freelance in theater, film, and television since 2009. She creates solo performances and has also performed with companies such as the Veenfabriek, TG42, Likeminds, De Onderneming, Salix Kameropera, and in multiple productions of De Nationale Opera. She has appeared at festivals like Oerol, Festival d'Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam Fringe Festival, Bosch Parade, and the Amsterdams Kleinkunst Festival. On television, she was seen in shows like Flikken Maastricht, Dokter Tinus, the VPRO series  The Spectacular, and in commercials for IKEA, LeasePlan en ANWB.  She served as the comedic face in the campaign for Tram22 in Utrecht as a tram ambassador. In 2023, the fifth season of MediaMasters premiered, a youth series in which Judy plays the authoritative and intimidating camp leader, Mrs. Bonksel. In addition to her acting career, Judy also works as a presenter and voice-over artist. Since 2022, she can be heard as a voice-over artist for Blendle. She has a home studio for her voice work.
