Ilana Palmgren is a Finnish actor working between Helsinki and Berlin. They are trained in film and theatre acting in Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatory with a foundation in the Stanislavski system, completing their studies in Uniarts Helsinki's Theatre Academy. 

Ilana is comfortable with roles of all genders and is especially drawn to characters with emotional complexity, quiet intensity, or strong physical presence. Their recent work includes award-winning short film, being selected as a finalist for Mae Artist Award, and international collaborations.

Alongside film and TV, Ilana maintains an active artistic practice in contemporary performance, which strengthens their physical precision and character work on screen.
