Iara Pereira is a Portuguese actress, born in Reading, United Kingdom, in October 2005.

She studied at the Instituto para o Desenvolvimento Social, where she completed the Professional Course in Acting (2020–2023). She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Acting at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema (2023–present).

In theatre, she has taken part in productions such as A Fanfarra e Outros Textos, directed by Rui Luís Brás at Centro Cultural dos Franciscanos (2022), and Kid’s, directed by Hugo Franco at Teatro da Comuna (2023).

She is an emerging actress with a solid academic background and growing stage experience, continuously developing her craft within contemporary theatre.
