I'm Helena Ávila. Actress from Portugal.  More than 15 years of professional acting experience, both on stage and screen.
Passionate, fiery, free spirit, spontaneous laugh. I love to dance. I always go after what I believe and want, and there's no stopping until I get it.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts, I've performed in Film, TV shows, TV commercials and more than 20 stages in Portugal and Spain, doing both drama and musical theatre.
