Helen is a London based actor with years of experience in the performing arts, the majority of which has been acting for screen, as well as some theatre and dance. She has brought to life a wide variety of roles, ranging from minor characters in major film and TV to leading roles in independent productions. As a youth, Helen trained with the Spotlight accredited Young Actors' Theatre, and more recently trained with Identity School of Acting.
