Grego was born on June 13, 1994, in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. He is known for Sentimental Stories (2023) by Xandra Popescu. His debut as an international actor was in the year 2023 at The 80th Venice Film Festival. Grego also played as lead boy Rick on The Power of the Strike (2023) a Dima Barch's thriller.
