Hi! I’m Frida, a German newcomer actress.

I got my first taste of acting during my ten years at a Waldorf school, where I performed on stage every year – most recently as Mrs. Wilkinson in Billy Elliot. I’ve also always been a huge film nerd, so my main focus has always been film and TV.

After traveling the world with my family, I graduated with a U.S. high school diploma.

Over the years, I’ve continued to develop my acting through a theatre group, various acting workshops, a year at Stage School Hamburg, and several film projects.

When I’m not in front of the camera, you’ll usually find me dancing (I’ve been doing different styles since I was a kid), reading, or spending way too much time cooking and baking.

I’m always excited about new projects and I’m also available as a scene partner for castings, showreels, and acting coaching sessions.
