Dr. Eva Elif İskender graduated from LAMDA (London Music and Dramatic Arts) She participated in Dame Janet Suzman’s master class and she worked with esteemed actors and directors on Shakespeare and contemporary acting techniques: Some of these names include Colin Hurley, Dickon Tyrrell, James Harkness and Laoise Sweeney. In 2023 Elif Iskender staged a play “Happy New Year” she wrote and directed under the roof of RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) in the West End. Elif Iskender an actress and manager at ‘EIAA and Theatre‘ and General Art Director. Dr. Iskender developed her own method after working as an academician at universities for 25 years. She established her own studio in 2017 to train actors in London. She started working on making movies and plays. She teaches acting for the camera. Stage classes offer voice-breath improvisation and and online one-to-one lessons and consultations. She continues to work as a manager and general art director in her studio. She continues to improve her method by doing freelance postgraduate consultancy, supervision and voluntary work with some well known Universities such as The Rose Bruford and Postdoctoral Research at Regent’s Centre for Transnational Studies (RCTS), Regent’s University London, UK. Iskender, who has been acting in television series, she has been also invited to the international conference, symposium and quadrennials. Her book, of Which she is one of the editors, was published in London in 2017. She was Assistant Professor of Acting at Beykent University, Istanbul, Turkey. She obtained her PhD from the Institute of Fine Arts, Department of Stage Arts, Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkey. Prior to joining Beykent University, she taught at Dokuz Eylul University
