Eliska Challise is a Czech-born writer, director, producer, and actress raised in England. She studied acting, directing, and play-writing at Aberystwyth University in the United Kingdom, where she was awarded a scholarship in Creative Writing. Working across theatre and film, she creates original, character-driven stories marked by psychological depth, emotional nuance, and a strong visual sensibility.

After training as an actress, Challise expanded into writing, directing, and producing, developing a body of work rooted in authorship and personal voice. She has directed theatre projects in both the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic and is currently developing original screen work exploring themes of identity, memory, intimacy, and transformation.
