Elena Arndt-Jensen started her acting career at the age of ten when she starred as the main character in three children movies directed by Charlotte Sachs-Bostrup. In 2008 she was nominated as Best Upcoming Actress at Svend Prisen. 

Elena is half German, half Danish and speaks both languages, as well as English, fluently. She has a master degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Elena believes real life experiences are crucial in acting and often draws on her own but also uses the Meisner Technique which she was taught at the William Esper Studio in New York by William Esper himself. 

Elena currently has Danish and International projects in post-production.
