Darija is a Prague-based film and theatre actress who began her acting career as a child. She studied drama at the Prague Conservatory and has been active in films, television, and theatre. Darija gained recognition early on, winning the Best Actress award at the Trinity Film Festival (2020) for her role in the short film Amálie. She also secured the Best Actress award at the 48 Hours Film Project (2018) for her performance in the short film Penta Z. Recently, she can be seen on big screen in the film The Crow directed by Rupert Sanders​.

Additionally, Darija won the 12th season of czech Dancing with the stars (StarDance) in 2023 and was featured in the 2024 Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Her recent works include roles in Czech TV series Were on it, Comrades!​ or in upcoming czech series O lidech a koních.
