Clara Mousseigne is a Franco-Japanese actress and sujet at Paris Opera Ballet. She was admitted to the Paris Opera Ballet School at the age of 9, and danced the lead role in Suite de danse at 13, Gourouli (Les Deux Pigeons) at 14, and Swanilda (Coppélia) at 15 in the Paris Opera Ballet School shows. She joined the Compagnie de l'Opéra de Paris at 16, and was awarded the Prix Jeunes Espoirs. She rose through the ranks in the promotion competitions: Quadrille in 2020, Coryphée in 2021 and Sujet in 2022, and was unanimously awarded 1st prize and the Prix Noureev at the Rudolf Noureev Competition in Rimini in 2022. She was awarded the Prix Carpeaux in 2022, the Prix d'Arop in 2023 and the Prix Positano in 2025. Clara Mousseigne's repertoire with the Paris Opera Ballet includes Aurore in Nureyev's Sleeping Beauty, Lise in Ashton's La Fille mal Gardée, Myrtha in Giselle, Mitzi Caspar in MacMillan's Mayerling, Henriette in Nureyev's Raymonda, Soliste Naïade in Manuel Legris's Sylvia.
