Before I am an actress, I am a person. Someone who loves animals, books, films, and anything that carries an ancient soul. I am enthusiastic about life, creative, and endlessly curious — which is why I have studied everything from architecture to meditation, from writing to acting. Not because I couldn't choose. Because I needed all of it.

I am an actress, a presenter, and an author — of books, films, TV series, and documentaries. For a long time I tormented myself over my inability to pick one lane. Now I understand that each of these things feeds the others. They are not competing vocations. They are the same one, seen from different angles.

Because I know what it feels like to stand behind a camera, when I stand in front of someone else's I understand exactly what they need. I bring myself there fully — technically prepared, emotionally available, honest about my vulnerabilities. That is not a risk I tolerate. It is the work.

I believe in projects that have something real at their center. I believe the process matters more than the result. I believe that being willing to question yourself — truly, not just as a pose — is the only serious way to create anything worth creating.
