I graduated in 2021 as a mature student Before that I was a presenter for over 15 years , on Sky Sports and ITV.  I worked  on a combination of live and pre recorded television. .

I am very sporty and play most sports to a good standard including golf, tennis and horse riding .
 I have completed an on-screen unarmed combat course, a civilian and law-enforcement firearms course, and a motion capture course.
