Charlene Sancho studeerde in 2018 af aan de Amsterdamse Toneelschool en kleinkunstacademie.

Ze heeft rollen gespeeld in meerdere musicals: Woef Side Story, Soof de Musical en Verliefd op Ibiza de musical. Daarnaast heeft ze gastrollen gespeeld in Nederlande televisie series, en was ze te zien in een aantal commercials.

Op dit moment is ze te zien als ‘Wies’ in SpangaS de campus.

Naast acteren maakt Charlene ook eigen werk. In 2019 ging haar voorstelling “Lekker meid, je pruikentijd!’ in première.
