Catherine Lefroid was trained by Michel Fau and Raymond Acquaviva at the Ecole Florent and by the Fratellini Academy for circus arts. In 2002, she was selected by Adami and took part in the "Cannes Adami Talents operation" at the Cannes film Festival. On stage, she plays more than 20 plays from tragedy to comedy, in Paris and on tour. She writes and performs in numerous short comedy formats for differents channels. For cinema and tv show, she's been directed among others by : Cédric Klapish, Philippe Faucon, Etienne Chatiliez, Thierry Petit, Philippe Triboit, Xavier Legrand or Jean-Xavier de Lestrade. Catherine is starring in Thomas Salvador's film "La montagne", awarded by the "Sacd Prize" of the "Quinzaine des réalisateurs", at the Cannes Film Festival. She Wins the Best Actress Award in 2025, for The "Best part of her life" of O.Ka at the Cannes Films Award.
