Carolina Rocha is a Portuguese actress, born in Guimarães in 2000.

She trained in Acting at Academia Contemporânea do Espetáculo in Vila Nova de Famalicão (2015–2018) and later continued her studies at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo (2018–2020).

She made her professional debut in Mulheres – Tráfico, directed by Manuel Tur, co-produced by A Turma and MDM. In 2019, she appeared in The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, directed by Luís Araújo, a production by Ao Cabo Teatro co-produced with Teatro Nacional São João. That same year, she took part in the creation of Deixa a Vida Exprimir-se sem Disfarce, directed by Pedro Lamares.

In 2020, she performed in Bestiário, based on the work of Fernando Pessoa, produced by Companhia Cão Danado and directed by Sara Barbosa in Famalicão. In the same year, she was awarded First Prize at the Vizela Short Film Competition Vizela – Segredos de um Vale.

In 2021, she appeared in Assim se Fazem as Coisas: Monumental Revista Antipopularuxos, directed by Ricardo Alves with Teatro da Palmilha Dentada, a co-production with Teatro Nacional São João, which premiered at Teatro Carlos Alberto. In 2022, she worked with director Luísa Sequeira in Rosas de Maio, produced by Teatro Experimental do Porto.

She is also the creator of the concert/recital Unlikely Jukebox, which she presented in Paris at the closing event of Planet Hollywood at Disneyland Paris.

Currently, she teaches within the Educational Department of Coliseu do Porto as part of the social project Elo. She also works in voice acting, with credits including Monkie Kid (Mei), Merry Little Batman (Damian) and Pokémon: New Horizons (Ann).
