Birgithe is a very present, calm and passionate actor with courage for many different types of roles. Has i.a. starred in “Hard skin, soft feelings”, “The misunderstood child: 360 degrees/VR case” as well as a number of major commercials – including companies as Sydbank and Novo Nordisk.

Birgithe has a great ability to empathize in a role and a certain amount of maturity in her approach to acting. She has also written a book about some challenges in life: “Word for word against the light” with good reviews, which has also given her a different angle on the approach to character work and performing accordingly.

Birgithe can play both mother or the sweet friend, but also has the courage to connect with the slightly ‘quirkier’ roles in fictional dramas in both TV series and films.

On a daily basis, she works with psychomotor therapy and relaxation in Randers. Through her work, she also draws inspiration for the depth and sensitivity of ‘being human’. Something that can also be used to define a given role.
