I’m Alessandro Bandini. I was born in Genoa and trained at the Luca Ronconi School of the Piccolo Teatro di Milano.
I work across film and theatre: I appeared in Kidnapped (Rapito) directed by Marco Bellocchio and Comandante directed by Edoardo De Angelis, as well as The Man Without Guilt (L’uomo senza colpa) by Ivan Gergolet. On TV I’ve worked on series such as Doc – Nelle tue mani and Skam Italia.
I come from theatre, where I’ve worked across very different projects and directing approaches (Carmelo Rifici, Leonardo Lidi, Alessandro Sciarroni, Antonio Latella). In 2025 I bring to the stage Per sempre, a piece I also sign as director.
I listen to a lot of music: it’s often my first way into an atmosphere. 
Dance, for me, is a form of freedom.
In 2025 I received the Hystrio Mariangela Melato Award for Young Actors.
