Trained in classical and contemporary techniques, Aarne has built a versatile career across stage and screen, from lead roles in independent films to appearances in notable productions like the feature JIMPA, and the Canneseries Audience Award-winning Money Shot. Recently portraying Herod Antipas in Via Crucis play in Helsinki.

Fluent in Finnish and English, with working proficiency in Swedish, Aarne combines performance skills with practical talents. They are an experienced singer with a wide vocal range, a rock and wall climbing enthusiast, and the designer of the asymmetrical sunglasses brand Irregalia. Skilled in carpentry and wilderness survival, they bring versatility to period pieces and physically demanding roles.

Often cast in lead or love interest, with a wide gender-casting range including male, non-binary, and trans-feminine characters, they have a charismatic yet vulnerable presence suited for stories with deep, compelling character arcs.

Trained at Laajasalo College with courses at Helsinki Theatre Academy, they have refined their skills in theatre, musicals, singing, improvisation, and camera acting. Aarne looks forward to contributing to the next BAFTA-winning series or starring opposite Ian McKellen.
