Trained at the Côté Cour drama school and at Studio Pygmalion in Paris, Vincent Remoissenet subsequently took part in professional actor-training workshops (ARDA / S2F, Le Libre Acteur, Les Films du Faubourg, Médiane, Estocade Fencing School, La Salle d’Armes du Spectacle, Théâtre de la Tempête, ARIA Corse).

On screen, he has appeared in films by emerging and established directors such as Benjamin Rocher (Antigang: La relève), Frédéric Forestier (Stars 80), Didier Le Pêcheur (Chanson d'amour), Fanny-Gaëlle Gentet (Tweet mon court métrage; Trois petits chats), Delphine Seignon (La Pucelle de Tonnerre), and Pierre Henniquant (Dérèglement).

An expert practitioner of stage combat fencing, he occasionally works as an actor-duelist on film and theatre productions. Notably, he played Valvert in Cyrano de Bergerac opposite Arnaud Tsamere, in a production directed by Alain Sachs at the Théâtre Montparnasse.

Vincent has performed extensively in theatre, particularly under the artistic direction of Laura Mariani (Ma Foudre, Le jour où j’ai compris que le ciel était bleu, En miettes), Élise Noiraud (La Loi du marché, Ressources Humaines, Les Fils de la terre), and Serge Bourhis (Racine par la racine).

In addition, he regularly practices dramatic improvisation.
