He attended the Higher Actor Training Course at the National Theater Conservatory. He is a founding member of the Comuna - Teatro de Pesquisa, with which he participated in several international theater festivals. He worked with several theater companies such as Cómicos, Teatro da Cornucópia, Produções Teatrais Lda., Teatro da Graça and Intercidades Project.
He has played several characters in TV projects, among them: "Quer o Destino"; "Der Lissabon-Krimi"; "Prisioneira"; "Os Nossos Dias", "Louco Amor"; "Dancin' Days", "Maternidade"; "Laços de Sangue", "Regresso a Sizalinda", “Mistura Fina”, “Deixa-me Amar”, “Olhos nos Olhos”, “Equador”, “Laços de Sangue”, Deixa que te leve”, voice of the series “Conta-me como foi”.
At CINEMA he worked with João Botelho, Solveig Nordlund, Jorge Silva Melo, José Álvaro de Morais, Eduardo Geada, Peter Lilienthal, Paco R. Baños, Valeria Sarmiento, Daniel del Negro, Margarida Gil, Manoel de Oliveira, Luís Filipe Rocha, João Mário Cricket and Joaquim Leitão.
In THEATER was directed by João Mota, Osório Mateus, Jorge Silva Melo, Luís Miguel Cintra, Stephan Stroux, Carlos Fernando, Artur Ramos, Christine Laurent, António Feio, Alberto Lopes, São José Lapa, Rafaela Santos, Ana Támen and Carlos Alardo, interpreting texts by various authors.
In 2004 he participates as NARRATOR in the opera "A Floresta", with music by Eurico Carrapatoso and libretto by Ana Maria Magalhães and Isabel Alçada, from the homonymous story by Sophia de Mello Breyner.
