Agata Załęcka – Actress and Freediving Champion


Winner of the Telekamera Award 2023 for Best Actress, as well as Personality of the Year 2024 and Sports Personality of the Year 2025 in the Warsaw Best Athlete plebiscite.

Recipient of the International Success of the Year 2026 award.


Holds a Diploma in Dramatic Acting. Graduate of the Warsaw Film School, with further training at the Lee Strasberg Institute, Actors Studio, and in the Meisner Technique. Works within the Method Acting approach.


Has performed in numerous theatre productions, including Capitol Theatre, Kamienica Theatre, Komedia Theatre, Roma Musical Theatre, Polish Television Theatre, and Buffo Theatre. Also works in dubbing, voice-over, and music – released her debut single.


TEDx Warsaw Women 2025 speaker.


Member of the Polish National Team and a 9-time Polish record holder in freediving. Gold medalist of the 2025 World Cup and ranked No. 3 worldwide in 2025. Personal best: –93m on a single breath.


Appears in films, TV series, and theatre, including “Idź Przodem Bracie 2” (Netflix), “Zaraz Wracam”, “Wojna Zastępcza”, “Dzielnica Strachu”, “Krew z Krwi”, “Na Wspólnej”, “The Office PL”, and “Dawno Temu Na Krajowej Jedynce” (Netflix).
