Sophie Heideker is a German actress, working in film, TV and theatre across Spain, Germany, the UK and wider Europe.

She trained at the Actors Studio in London under Clare Davidson, Ben Cogan and Richard Lynn, later continuing her practice in Barcelona with Meisner instructor Javier Galito-Cava.

Her artistic perspective is shaped by early caregiving responsibilities and frequent relocations during her childhood, experiences that developed her adaptability and interest in layered, psychologically grounded characters.

Sophie works in German, French, English (including RP), Spanish and Italian. She plays piano and violin, is currently training in stage combat and firearms, and her background includes ongoing athletic training and movement work.
